All About Mrs. Bolte
Hello! My name is Mrs. Bolte, formally Miss Murphy and I am very excited to be joining the third grade team at Aux Sable Elementary School. I am thrilled to be your teacher, and I am looking forward to a year of learning, engagement, and adventures! I cannot wait to learn all about my students but first let me tell you a little about myself.
I was born and raised in Morris, Illinois and still live there today with my husband, Zach, our dog, Zaney, and our cat, No Name Cat. I attended college at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois where I graduated with my degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. Last year, I completed two maternity leaves at Aux Sable in first and second grade. I was lucky enough to get hired this year as a full-time teacher! In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family, playing outside with Zaney, reading a good book, and searching Pinterest for new and exciting things to implement in my classroom!
There is so much that I am looking forward to this year! My goal is to help your child reach their full potential this year. I attempt to teach with passion for my subjects so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is so important to keep communication open between parents, students, and the teacher and I would love to talk to you whenever you feel the need. I look forward to great year together.
